About me
I am a behavioral scientist studying motivation, exercise, and performance. I completed postdoctoral research at McGill University and hold black belts in Taekwondo and Krav Maga. With over 10 years of experience as a personal trainer specializing in circuit training, I blend scientific insights with practical expertise to enhance performance.
Using a scientific, data-driven approach, I specialize in analyzing human behavior to understand why people act as they do and why they struggle with persistence. My experience includes fitting complex statistical models to behavioral, neural, and mood data, informed by cutting-edge scientific knowledge. Additionally, I have practical expertise in applying these insights to specific contexts—from motivating physical exercise to teaching people how to code.
